Head Spinning and Hair Thinning
Previous Britain’s Got Talent winner George Sampson first hit our TV screens as a talented 14-year-old with a full head of hair….
Fast forward a few years and this strapping young man is feeling the full impact of growing up – on his hair. George recently underwent a hair transplant to treat hair thinning on the top of his head.
He was diagnosed with alopecia which may have been caused or exacerbated by the head spinning that he does as part of his act.
Surgeons used donor hair from the back of his head to treat his bald patch. George admits that he was insecure about going bald so young but felt inspired by Wayne Rooney, who was just 25 when he had his first hair transplant.
